The story follows Sofea and Idham who have been married for almost three years, but have not had any children. Idham's mother, Datin Suraya begins to resent Sofea. Suddenly, their luck changes when Sofea is confirmed to be pregnant. Datin Suraya begins to accept Sofea again. Sofea is confirmed to be carrying twins. This delights Datin Suraya even more. When Sofea is eight months pregnant, Idham is forced to go abroad for two weeks due to work matters. Unexpectedly, Sofea goes into labour at that time. Tragedy strikes when one of her babies dies.
