Pak Ajis, a former convict, wants to return and seek forgiveness from his wife and children after 20 years of imprisonment. During his time in prison, Ajis is haunted by guilt and desires to atone for the wrongs he has committed. However, his struggle to start anew is not easy. He not only faces various challenges but is also forced to confront the burden of his past sins. On his journey home to his village, he hitches a ride with a girl named Elly who has run away from home. They are both without direction. But during the journey, he faces moments of distress.
